How comfortable are you in owning your frame? Exercising frame requires you to permit yourself to do so, but you must also understand your value. Guys who cannot reconcile these two Frame aspects tend to get Imposter Syndrome. They think they're faking Frame. They're playing a role, or it's an act, a mask, or Frame itself is fake. It’s fake it until you make it, but they keep faking it and never really make it. They have what's known as Imposter Syndrome.

I had to overcome this myself as a writer. As an author of books, I had to get over myself, especially for the first one. When writing the first book, I had to become slightly conceited. That's the only word that does it justice. I had to be conceited. What that means to me is I had to get to the point where I believed that what I had to say was significant enough that people would want to read it and buy a book about it. Until you can get to the point where you're self-important enough to believe that people would buy a book you wrote, you're always going to have doubts about yourself because you don't see yourself as an authority.

You don't own the value that you already have. So when I hear positivity, gurus talk about fearing success, and I scoff. No one fears success. People want to be successful. People would love to be successful. They want to be famous. They want to be good-looking. They want to get their dick sucked. They wanna have the interest of many beautiful young women. There's no fear in that. The fear is that they'll get found out for being inauthentic. The fear is they'll be found out.

A lot of unfounded criticism that comes at the Red Pill or my work is that we're teaching guys to ape the behaviors, control the conditions, mimic the language, etc., of authentic men who have already made it. These guys are already highly respected and have earned value. If we can teach guys to mimic that, then we are giving away the farm, and these guys are reaping the benefits of what would have been something they’d have had to earn over the course of years. Maybe rightly so. I understand this frustration for guys. Their rationale is that a woman is eventually going to find you out. You're not really who you say you are.

How about this? How about you really are who you say you are? How about you really are the kind of person who can command respect, not demand respect? The question that you need to ask yourself is, are you comfortable in controlling Frame?
