The people accusing the Red Pill of being an echo chamber never seem to want to have a conversation about it. All of their appearances are recorded and produced. These cowards never want to come on a livestream because they know we’ll destroy their narratives. Hell, even the live chat would run them to ground. Last week, my Access Vegas cohost, Michael Sartain, did two in-depth livestreams detailing every scripted falsehood that Jubilee Media prepared for and the 20 “manosphere” crisis actors Jubilee hired to parrot their glaringly obvious narrative.

This is a narrative that’s ad libbed and repeated verbatim by the likes of and to name a few, but one thing they all share is a fear of having any kind of public discourse about what they (or their handlers) think the Manosphere is all about. , The Daily Wire, , , , , and a dozen more pundits in the Trad and intellectual spaces simply ignore any suggestion of a public conversation with the nebulous figures they accuse of leading young men to some false notion of masculinity for cash and prizes.

In fact, they covertly fear it. Jubilee Media (via their confirmed proxy LDS Affiliate US) had Michael’s first livestream killed mid-stream. A show with under 400 live viewers was so threatening to the narrative that they reported a (now-reinstated) violation to YouTube just before the 2-hour mark. The stream continued on Rumble and Kick, but Jubilee’s message is clear – we can’t afford a real conversation about the Manosphere. Neither can the aforementioned influencers and personalities. The same personalities who accuse the Manosphere of being an echo chamber will go to lengths to ensure we stay out of their own echo chambers. Jubilee is the worst offender because they want you to think they actually are having a conversation.

But real conversation is what the Red Pill and Manosphere have been based on since the days of the Seduction Community forums in the early 2000s. One of which, SoSuave, is still active in 2026, over two decades later. Until the Woke agenda quarantined and killed The Red Pill Reddit sub in 2019, conversations flourished there. To be sure, all the seduction community forums were “a hot kitchen,” but it was from these conversations that my own blog grew and my first book, The Rational Male, was born. Now, the anti-conversation tactics that the Woke left used to silence those conversations are the same tactics employed by the conservative right and Ivory Tower academics-turned-influencers.

Today, I got linked to a Daily Wire article typed out by an old friend, Ed Latimore…

The red pill movement tells young men they have finally seen the truth. What it actually does is find men at their most vulnerable, and gives them an excuse for why they feel the way they do. This is not masculinity.

I’ve counted Ed Latimore a friend ever since I did my first audio interviews with him on the Mark Baxter Podcast in 2017. Almost a decade ago, we used to talk about things. I was so impressed with Ed that I insisted he be a speaker at the ill-fated 21 Convention later that year.

But in that podcast, Ed said something that stuck with me ever since. I paraphrase him here, but the sentiment was…

“Men learning Game, men teaching men about the intrinsic psychological and biological natures of women, men making other men Red Pill aware, is like teaching slaves to read in the time of slavery.”

Men becoming aware of the nature of women is an implied threat. And that threat is dangerous because it deliberately confounds women’s accurate assessment of a man’s true value in satisfying her Hypergamous doubt. Men gathering and conversing about their roles and conditions as men is something a Gynocentric society greatly fears. It’s why the Manosphere was blamed (in part) for Kamala Harris’ failed presidential run in 2024.

The concern-troll punditry will offer lip service to a need for more male teachers, suicide prevention, the male loneliness epidemic, and a need for male spaces, but they’ll effectively do nothing until the 2028 election results. That’s because men coming together to educate other men about the nature of women must be prevented on both a personal level and a sociological level if women are to maintain a feminine-primary, feminine-correct, and feminine-dominant social order.

We are indeed teaching slaves to read. But sometimes running back to the plantation and shaming other slaves for ever leaving is more profitable than doing the hard work of setting men free.

There’s a perception today that men are inherently angry, frustrated, and anxious. As such, we’re also meant to presume these ‘angry men’ have a potential for violence or, at best, angry self-loathing.

The idea is that “the guys in Manosphere are embittered, deeply hurt men who’ve taken the truths that the Red Pill has presented to them and converted them to genuine misogyny”. Furthermore, these guys cannot come to terms with their own failures and want to blame them all on women, or at the very least an unkind, unforgiving, pro-female world in which they’ve always struggled (i.e. “losers want to blame their losing on women”). Thus, these ‘bitter men’ promote either hostility towards women, or they attempt to check themselves out of the sexual marketplace entirely. In either case, it’s proposed that it’s men’s inherent anger that motivates them to an anti-woman mindset.

I addressed much of this misguided argument in essays that date as far back as 2013.

But are we angry? I can’t say that I haven’t encountered a few guys on some forums and comment threads who I’d characterize as angry, judging from their comments or descriptions of their situations. For the greater whole, I’d say the manosphere is not angry, but the views we express don’t align with a feminine-primary society. Men expressing a dissatisfaction with feminine-primacy, men coming together to make sense of it, sound angry to people whose sense of comfort comes from what the feminine imperative has conditioned them to.

Most of the men who’ve expressed a genuine anger with me aren’t angry with women, but rather they’re angry with themselves for having been blind to the Game that they’d been a part of for so long in their blue-pill ignorance. They’re angry that they hadn’t figured it out sooner.

I understand that a lot of what is written in the Manosphere can certainly be interpreted as coming from a source of anger. When I (or anyone else) outline the fundamentals of hypergamy, for instance, there’s a lot to be angry about for a man. Women get pissed because it exposes an ugly truth that the feminine exhausts a lot of resources to keep under the rug. But for men, learning about the feral reasons for feminine (and masculine) behaviors often enough causes a guy to become despondent or angry. That impression should never be the basis for a Man’s Game, nor is it ever really an aspect of internalizing Game that will benefit him personally.

“I never see any of Those Red Pill Guys® in healthy loving relationships or marriages. Those guys never talk about how to have a good relationship.”

If you’ve ever wondered why I’m not asked on A-List Podcasts, it can be summed up in this mantra. Nothing gives away the ignorance of an Anti-Manosphere grifter like not knowing that the author of “The Rational Male” has been in a healthy, loving marriage since 1996.

On Monday, July 20th, I’ll have been happily married for 30 years. We’ve been together for 31. We met in the club after my friend’s band played. Not a church. Not the bookstore. Not a coffee shop. Not college. The club. You know, the place everyone tells you NOT to go looking for a wife? In fact, I wasn’t looking for a wife at all.

She was one of 3 girls I was seeing at the time. We dated non-exclusively for about 3 months until she asked me to be exclusive. We didn’t meet in college. In fact, we’d been married for 10 years by the time I got my degrees. The living hell BPD girlfriend I reference in my books I met in the college bookstore when I was going to community college – you know, the “right place to meet quality women.” The place assortative mating hacks tell you the best marriages are made. Strange, all the guys I know who married the girl they met in college are divorced now.

‘But that was a different time, Rollo. Things are way harder now.’

It’s only harder because some moralfag convinced you that there’s a proper way to ‘court’ a Quality Woman. Stop taking the advice of guys who don’t fuck. Stop taking the advice of guys who look like they’ve never set foot in a gym about how women in the gym really are.

You don’t find a Quality Woman; you make one.

Ladies, stop looking for a turnkey relationship. You don’t deserve it, and you’re not entitled to it. Deserve’s got nothing to do with it.

Stop expecting a guy to be some fully developed, self-actualized, “healed” individual who speaks fluent Therapese. He will bore the shit out of you. He’ll never compare to the “emotionally unavailable” hawt guy you met in a Vegas club who bent you over the balcony at the Sahara and made you sweat out the best orgasm of your life. You know, the (third) “narcissist” you dated who you didn’t realize was a narcissist until he moved on? You don’t want perfect. Perfect is boring. But don’t take my word for it; just listen to any interview on Call Her Daddy in the last 3 months. Clutch your pearls all you want about Alex Cooper; she has a brutal honesty that women nod along with, which confirms what the Manosphere has been discussing for the last 25 years.

As Roissy once said, healthy relationships are founded on polarity, not similarity. If you allow a woman to make the rules, she will resent you with a seething contempt even a rapist cannot inspire. The strongest woman and the most strident feminist want to be led by and submit to a worthy, more powerful man. Polarity is the core of a healthy, loving relationship. She does not want the prerogative to walk all over you with her capricious demands and mercurial moods. I can count on the fingers of one hand the times my wife and I have had a real fight in the last 30 years – none of them lasted more than 24 hours. That’s the Red Pill put into practice in marriage.

Men, stop apologizing for being a man. You’re not a pussy beggar for wanting to tap that ass and doing something about it. Sometimes that drive leads you to an innovation or creativity you’d never conceive otherwise. Stop taking advice from guys who make their necessity a virtue. Their social ineptitude and discomfort in social settings aren’t about self-respect or evolving above some hedonistic desire to get laid – they’re just retarded. And they want you to affirm their cope. Women online whinge and kvetch about men from the front seat of their Subarus in TikTok videos every day. You’re not getting a better seat in Heaven for being her life’s course correction. But you’re also not winning by not playing the game. You lose by default.

You want hot women? I have receipts. You want a fun, healthy marriage for three decades? I also have receipts. Where did you meet your last girlfriend?

Your job isn’t to make yourself into someone acceptable for the life plans a woman fucked up those plans. Stop trying to be what she thinks she’s entitled to. They don’t really want the turnkey relationship guy anyway; they just want to feel something. Leverage that. And if you decide you want a relationship, fine. If you decide you want to put her into rotation, fine. If you change your mind, fine. My marriage is a lifestyle choice.

I made one promise to my wife on our wedding day. “I can’t promise you we’ll be millionaires or anything, but I can promise you that your life will never be boring with me.” 30 years later, I’ve kept that promise.

Hot Girls Under 30 Will Be Impossible To Lock Down

Populations will continue to get fatter, reducing the species’ attractiveness. The few remaining girls who aren’t obese will have a never-ending line of suitors at the door (not only Betas but Alphas as well). This puts her closer to living the Sex and the City dream. She will jump ship at the slightest trouble in a relationship, whereas before she might have been willing to work it out. To see this phenomenon in action today, look at any beautiful girl between the ages of 19 and 23. Locking her up for more than a couple of months is nothing short of extraordinary. In the future, that age range will expand into the late 20s and maybe even early 30s. All beautiful women will be the most advanced and cuntish of players, and all that Game will be able to do is squeeze in a couple of bangs until she moves on to the next one.

This was pretty accurate, though I don’t think Roosh anticipated the follow-on effects of prolonging the effective years of beautiful women. The idea that a man should be able to lock down a woman in this demographic is rarely a consideration for a generation that’s not approaching women, much less squeezing in a couple of bangs.

I joined my band, Trial of Ascension, in the fall of 2019, and we made some epic music until I relocated to Vegas in 2024. ToA taught me what being a ‘modern’ musician was all about. Granted, we were a Prog Metal band, so technical ‘perfection’ is part of the genre, but it was my first experience in playing with musicians who were better than I was. Technically.

I auditioned for the rhythm guitar spot in ToA in October of 2019. Mind you, I was 51 at the time. I used to think my age was the biggest obstacle to joining a band; I was wrong. When I was 22 and playing the L.A. metal scene in various bands, having a guy in the band who was 30 seemed like a liability. Performance, looks, and a cohesive theme were every bit as important as good songs and musicianship. The barrier to entry was astronomical then. Your guitarist had to be a “Guitar God,” your drummer and bassist had to be ‘in the pocket’ bulletproof, and your singer had to look like he was the inspiration for romance novel book covers. The 80’s model for commercial metal escalated to the point of unsustainability. All this died when Kurt Cobain played the first 4 chords of Smells Like Teen Spirit.

I had no intention of doing a Father’s Day post. I’m not sure if most guys really understand the irony of celebrating motherhood and fatherhood, but it serves as a reminder of the fem-centric society we live in.

Mom is celebrated, loved, and respected by default by virtue of her femaleness. Dad, if not outright vilified and publicly excoriated, is always reminded that he should be doing better to live up to the servitude that defines fatherhood. The game is fixed, but do more, Daddy; do more.

For children who blame their social ineptitude and psychological hangups on their mother, there is a certain degree of understandability. It’s difficult to blame a mother, since the prevailing impression is that motherhood is a herculean effort and a sacrifice, because fathers are always failures. If Mom fails to some degree, it’s excusable. For a man to blame his life’s ills on Mom, it smacks of latent misogyny. But lay the blame at Dad’s feet and the whole world wails along in tune with you. A mother failing in her charge is negligent, but excusable. A man who fails as a father is always perceived as selfish, evil, and insufficient.

I do blow hours on my PS5, but even if modern games weren’t so amazing and there was no PS5, I’d find something else.

This is exactly what TradFems and Man Up ConFluencers refuse to understand because it completely ruins their feminine-centric rationales. That constant drone about how video games or porn is to blame for paralyzing men’s maturation – a maturation that’s always measured by how well it serves the Feminine Imperative.

What they refuse to acknowledge is:

If it wasn’t Porn or Video Games, it would be something else.

Countless guys do this already. On some level, they conclude that the cost-to-benefit equation isn’t rewarding with women. There’s a never-ending flow of podcast interviews of Real Men, all shaking their heads over the reasons for the generation of “Lost Boys” who are so inured by the instant gratification of immersive video games and free online porn that they have no incentive to ‘grow up’ and fulfill some self-defined form of idealized manhood.

These hacks are so fundamentally locked into their doctrine-modified Blank-Slate, gender-neutral equalism that it never registers that if it weren’t PS5 or ubiquitous porn, it would be something else.

We are a generation of Man Cave masculinity who feel some desperate pride in clawing out a tiny space where they’re free to indulge in doing man things in a home we pay for. Men need something else that’s just marginally rewarding, set apart from an unrewarding spouse. But even in this attempt at Male Space, women feel entitled to insert themselves into it or do something compensatory.

Then we have married men who’d rather become “workaholics” or hobbyist Entrepreneurs and pour themselves into their hoped-for careers or side hustles rather than rush home to the diminishing returns of a marriage they have to convince themselves is worth it. The negligible appreciation for him as a man, or, at best, his acquiescence to the male indenturement he was taught he should find intrinsically rewarding, becomes progressively less engaging than decompressing with Call of Duty. Instead, work becomes his something else that he occupies himself with.

The men who bought into the idea that their highest sense of reward ought to be found in fulfilling the ideals of Fempowerment marriages find that something else is more intrinsically or extrinsically rewarding.

And it’s not just “lost boys” playing video games, smoking weed, and snapping their radish to free porn. Those are just young guys being pragmatic in solving the cost-to-reward equation women give them. But married men, and men of all walks of life, are solving that equation for themselves now. They’re forced to solve an equation presented to them by women who feel entitled to having their Hypergamous natures appeased, with no insight as to how superfluous men might adapt to their conditions.

These aren’t lost ‘boys’; they are mature, relatively accomplished men responding to their condition.

Men are deductive problem solvers. Our mental firmware will try to solve problems with whatever’s presented to us. ConFluencers, distraught over the ‘lost boys’, aren’t concerned with these guys’ making something of themselves. They’re concerned with the lack of suitable men for women to marry and husbands to affirm them in their indenturement. That, or they fret over the possibility that their empowered daughters might not have a Servant Leader ready to marry her once she’s “found herself” and “getting right with God” at 30. Complacency, like misery, loves company — especially when it confirms the rationales men use in their own denial.

They can’t see the disincentives of forming long-term monogamous bonds with women that their ‘drop out’ generation boys are pragmatically avoiding. It’s a form of Soft MGTOW, but what’s harder to acknowledge is the Soft MGTOW that’s been part of modern marriage for four decades.

A foundational tenet of the Red Pill is that a man must always put himself and his passions at the forefront of his life. You make your mission, not your woman, your priority. The something else I’m detailing here may in fact be a man’s genuine passion, but his impetus to engage (or over-engage) in it comes as a result of a need for escapism rather than genuine fervor for it. This is an important distinction because what was once a dynamic passion for a man can become an unrewarding refuge if he comes to see it as a way of escaping his reality.

If you’ve been paying any attention to the War on the Manosphere lately, you’ve probably seen a few of the “those Manosphere guys always say…” videos from the anti-Manosphere Manosphere grifters. Last month, The Dispatch published Rise of the Anti-Manosphere, Introducing the Gentlemanosphere, in an effort to foster some ‘healthier’ version of the Manosphere. Of course, that healthier version always serves a feminine ideal.

I’ve been in this space long enough to see these Manosphere ‘sanitization’ attempts come around several times over the course of two decades. The sanitized Manosphere is always delivered by the same kind of men. They start with vague acknowledgments (carefully avoiding naming anyone) of what the Manosphere gets right in its diagnosis, and then straw-man the points with vague solutions. Those “solutions” offend their ego investments in what a feminized social order has taught them should be the correct, female way of resolving issues. On the rare occasion they offer any counter-solution (most only ‘raise awareness’), it’s always the same played-out, feminine-primary reason that created the problems decades ago. They don’t offer anything new, but the ‘problem with men’ has become so unignorable that concern-trolling has become profitable for male feminists.

Vichy Males

There’s a subset of men that has evolved in our feminized social order over the past 60+ years. In the past, we called these guys White Knights; men who, despite all reason, were trained to come to women’s defense whenever some man dared to speak an unflattering truth about women’s nature. But White Knight or Beta is passé now. White Knight is too broad. These ‘men’ are actively advocating for the feminine imperative. They’re the plantation slaves trying to convince the escaped slaves to return to the plantation. They’re the Sneaky Fuckers (h/t Gad Saad), the male feminist collaborators who think the better men can serve women, the more attractive women will find them. They’re Vichy Males.

In my earliest essays, I referred to these men as “Vichy Males”: men so invested in the conditioning of the feminine imperative that they’re unaware of how it affects their own interests as men. Men who actively collaborate with and promote the feminine imperative’s social reengineering of masculinity. Traditional masculinity is toxic and aberrant (according to the APA), but Nümasculinity is femininity wrapped in the veneer of stoicism.

“Women file for divorce by an order of magnitude greater than men!”

If you’ve spent any amount of time in the Manosphere, you’ve likely heard that between 69% and 80% of divorces are filed by women. The numbers vary depending on who’s doing the tabulating, but I think 75% is a good round number that’s remained consistent for as long as I’ve been in the Manosphere (24 years). Regardless of who does the counting, it’s pretty obvious women are the ones doing at least three-quarters of the divorcing. And don’t get me started on the lesbian divorce rate conversation.

The very predictable riposte to this fact is usually some variation of:

“Well, if husbands weren’t assholes, women wouldn’t need to file!”

“If men didn’t cheat, women wouldn’t file.”

“No woman wants to file, but most men are abusive so they’re forced to.”

My friend, divorce attorney James Sexton, has tried to square this circle by relating how some guys just up and disappear from a marriage – “They go out for beer and cigarettes and just never come back, so she has to file for divorce.” I don’t have Jim’s depth of experience in these cases, but I’m guessing it’s pretty rare. But that’s not the point. The point is, helping women avoid accountability in the face of unflattering facts always plays well. And, as usual, it’s bad or failed men who are to blame for women’s misgivings.

I had an interesting conversation with one of our Access Vegas girls about why she wore the sexy outfits she did.

“I do it for me.”

“Really? Lingerie, high heels, push-up bra, that’s all for you?”

“Of course. I’m my own woman.”

“So, it’s not about the attention and affirmation you get from the men around you.”

“Well, that’s nice, if it’s coming from the right kind of guy, but I don’t wear what I do for them.”

“So if I came over to your house unannounced at like, 4 in the afternoon, you’d be wearing all this while you were vacuuming the house and not in sweatpants and a t-shirt?”

“Well,…no, but that’s not the point, I’m more comfortable in sweats…”

“I see.”

I’ve had this conversation with dozens of women before her. They’ll paint themselves into a corner, but I can’t be too hard on them since this Crisis of Motive is also found in men. I’ve had Gym Bros give me a similar reason as to why they work out.

“I do it for me! I mean, girls treat me differently now that I’ve dropped the fat and put on some muscle, but this is all for me, man.”

There’s some conditioned response that compels a guy to apologize for putting in a significant amount of work to look better so the women he wants to get with will find him more sexually appealing. It can’t just be about the sex part. That would mean he’s doing it all for the pussy, not some virtuous motive of self-mastery.

I’ll admit, I was that guy at one time. It makes sense to cop the story of singular purpose. It implies that he’s his ‘own man’ and not improving himself to become more acceptable to the women he observably and admittedly wants to get with. Ironically, it was after 20+ years of marriage that I realized that it’s okay to want to look better for the sake of sex appeal. I love having sex too much to allow myself to be out of shape, and my wife shares that sentiment. Obviously, there are health benefits and psychological benefits that come from the discipline, but you can’t take the sex element out of that equation.

I generally shy away from focusing on definitions because they tend to lead us into intractable ratholes, but the fact remains that definitions are important. In the case of the term Manosphere, this is especially important because there is a tendency outside the sphere to mistake the Manosphere for a collection of readers and writers who are in general intellectual agreement. There is a kernel of truth to that belief, but it overlooks the profound differences in worldviews among the main schools of thought in the Manosphere.

With the breadth of opinions within the sphere in mind, I can only offer my own definition and leave room in the comments for those with a different take to share theirs.

One way to look at the Manosphere is historically. There are dozens Griftfluencer brands posting tell-all articles about the dangers of the Manosphere from the perspective of authority, but these individuals think the Manosphere only began when Andrew and Tristan Tate were taken into custody by DIICOT in 2022.

The concept of the Manosphere goes back at least to 2012. Back then, I would have offered a very simple definition of the sphere. If you were somewhat regularly included in blog roundup posts, I would argue that this made you a de facto member of the Manosphere. Link roundups played a central role in knitting together extremely different groups into a common conversation.

“I don’t understand why men are so obsessed with their Legacy. A real man will always step up and take responsibility for children, even if he’s not the actual father.”

The replies were every bit the outrage blowback you would expect from men, but not a single woman chimed in. I’ve seen these posts often enough to dismiss them as rage-bait, but then I detected a note of genuine confusion. Did women really not know why men put the highest priority on parentally investing their lives in their own biological children?

Because those aspects of male nature are inherently in conflict with a female-ordered village society. In the Village, no man should ever be concerned with paternity, but rather, be responsible for the well-being of all children women choose to birth. This is the Sexy Sons imperative on a societal scale.

You’ve seen it a hundred times. You watch a friend’s wife roll her eyes at him because he didn’t get some subtle cue or expression, and she relates to him like an autistic child. Why can’t he just get it?

It is always a mistake to explain the game of intersexual dynamics to women. I’ve written essays about this since 2014. Back then, I added a caveat: never talk about Red Pill concepts with women you want to get intimate with. If you didn’t care whether you ended up in bed with her or you were trying to hold a woman accountable for whatever reason, then have at it. But, by now, you should know you’ll never reason a woman into bed with you. Reason and virtue are anti-seductive because they rely on logically convincing a woman to sleep with you.

Seduction is about visceral arousal, perceived status, and emotional association. Women want to feel like they want to bang you. That means playing the Game with them to prompt those feels. Responsibility without authority is slavery.

For more than two decades, the Manosphere has discussed the dynamics of men bearing 100% responsibility while being conferred 0% authority in relationships and life in general. Ask any TradFluencer for the solution to the Gender Divide or the Crisis of Masculinity, and you’ll get some variation of “Well, men need to take more responsibility.” Do better. Try harder. Pray more. Take on more responsibility, and men will self-correct. But men assuming more responsibility has never been a problem; it’s that men don’t have the actionable authority to carry out what responsibility demands. In fact, nothing terrifies a female-correct society more than a man presuming to have authority.

Under the old social contract, there was a kind of default authority imbued in men simply by virtue of being male. Many Western societies still presume this is the case. It’s why popular culture presumes ‘male privilege‘ exists today. Being a “man” inferred that a male had some degree of power, authority, and decision-making capacity over the course his life would take — as well as the lives of any women or children or extended family members who were dependent upon him being a “man”.

Louis Theroux’s Inside the Manosphere created a lot of misguided content in its wake. It emboldened a subset of Red Pill / Manosphere haters to rattle off self-righteous videos and social media posts about what they’d like their followers to think the Manosphere is about. Every one of these reaction content pieces follows a common theme based on what I’ve referred to as Confident Ignorance. The Manosphere “documentary” was based on the premise of straw-manning what is, in fact, a collective of men’s issue influencers. The Red Pill praxeology holds a prominent place in the Manosphere, but it is not the Manosphere.

All of the current critics of the Manosphere miss this distinction. They conflate their ignorance of the Red Pill with the Manosphere. This is where their misunderstanding begins, but they take it a step further in trying to authoritatively explain what the Manosphere (Red Pill) believes as an ideology. But before I deconstruct their straw-man claims, I need to reiterate that critics conflate the Manosphere with an ideology. While influencer brands jumped at the chance to brand-build off the trending Manosphere hashtag, none of them had the conviction to engage in any discourse with figures in the Manosphere who’d call them out. That’s because they make the Manosphere into an ideology. They would struggle to argue against Manosphere concepts grounded in the Red Pill praxeology. But make the Manosphere an ideology, a movement, a philosophy, or a system of belief, and that they can attack. The conflict ceases to be about what’s true or false and transforms into moralizing, critics’ bread and butter – arguing about what’s right and wrong.

I’ve been loath to do a dedicated essay about the abortion of a documentary that is, provocateur (not filmmaker) Louis Theroux’s, Inside the Manosphere. I’ve already addressed it on two dedicated podcasts since its airing, but those were to be expected. Expected, like everything else that’s followed in its wake. Last year, we got the abortion of a documentary-that-was-never-a-documentary called Adolescence, a fictional account about the “realistic possible scenarios of Incel violence” (according to Incel researcher and NGO patsy, Will Costello). On March 11^th, 2026, we got an equally fictional documentary about the lunatic fringe elements of what Theroux defines as the “manosphere.”

That’s a lot of attention for us “Alpha Bro Podcast Manosphere” types. I’ve been the most consistent voice in what’s now called the Manosphere for well over 24 years now. From 2007 to now, I was one of the 3 ‘R’s of the Manosphere – Roosh, Roissy, and Rollo. Dalrock belongs on that Red Pill Mt. Rushmore, too, but you probably have no idea who he is either. I’m the last survivor. I’ve outlasted all of my contemporaries. My work has endured from the forum years, through the blog years, to the social media years, and now the podcasting and AI years. I’ve outlasted haters and comeups whose names you might recognize, but most you’d wonder why I’d even mention at all. If there’s one name that’s synonymous with the Red Pill and the Manosphere, that name is Rollo Tomassi.

I am going to assert (without proof or study) that women eventually enter a state of Sexual Retirement from a Beta (or even an Alpha).

I assert that women in hormonal decline (perimenopause) have a subconscious (or conscious) desire to retire from sex while holding onto their position and status. I believe this is a different dynamic from the operational cycling woman – dead bedroom. In this case, she doesn’t want sex from anyone, as opposed to wanting sex with someone, just not you. The feminine imperative is pushing sexual retirement as a women’s rights issue. This is because women’s sexuality is their only real agency. Over time, sexuality decays, and with it so does her agency.

A lot of hype swirls among traditional conservatives about the uniqueness of traditionally minded fathers and husbands. The mundane and normative have become the new punk-rock of today’s TradCons. Going Trad is the new Rage Against the Machine. The imagery is simple: Dan Bilzerian wedged between several porn-grade women with five-figure breast implants, juxtaposed next to the domestic fantasy of a modest-but-above-average, white, thin, blonde TradWife, her rancher-esque husband, and their three children. Bonus points if there’s a positive pregnancy test stick in the picture.

The pastoral monogamy of bygone eras is the flex, not the “degeneracy” of Dan Bilzerian’s lifestyle. Tradfluencers love the Rockwellian imagery of domesticity, if not the reality. Domesticity is not only a flex, but now it’s superhuman. Trads love the term “degeneracy.” It sums up anything that doesn’t align with their romanticized fantasies of 20^th (or 12^th) century puritanism. You see, the more rapidly technology reveals the base truths of human nature, the more urgent the need to return to the old order ideals that came before the algorithm made them obsolete.

Voluntary desexualization (not temperance) is a flex for the new Super Husband. A real High-value man is all about sacrifice. Tony Robbins (our secular mega church pastor) explains it to us:
